Tanya Dikshit
Tanya works at Dasra on initiatives that strengthen women’s leadership and expand support for gender equity. She partners with nonprofits, donors, and ecosystem stakeholders to help organisations deepen and scale their work with women and girls, while also curating learning and collaboration spaces for funders and NGOs. With over seven years of experience across grant management, CSR, and impact advisory, her work is grounded in a strong gender lens. She holds a Master’s in Gender Studies from TISS, Mumbai, and has worked across maternal and child health, early childhood development, and sexual and reproductive health.
